Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods such as holidays or special promotions, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — Estimated 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping — Estimated 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our announcements!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at bindersapothecary@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
